Privacy Policy

Draft for review before launch. This page describes the current PlayersHub website and fictional demo. The legal entity, production providers and full data handling arrangements must be confirmed before accepting live club or player information.

1. Privacy contact

For questions about information shared with the PlayersHub team, contact [email protected].

The final policy must identify the responsible legal entity and distinguish its responsibilities from those of a club using a production workspace.

2. Information in the current preview

The sample workspace contains fictional player and club records. Changes made while exploring it may be stored in your browser's local storage.

If you contact PlayersHub by email, the message may include your email address, name and any information you choose to provide. Please do not send player or family information unless an appropriate arrangement has been agreed.

3. How information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond to your message and discuss the product or a possible demonstration. An update request is used to understand that you would like to hear from PlayersHub.

The final policy must describe any additional production processing, product analytics or marketing systems before they are introduced.

4. Basis for handling information

The final policy must explain the applicable basis for each processing activity. It should reflect the actual operating entity, audience and service arrangements.

Consent to receive optional updates can be withdrawn by contacting [email protected]. An enquiry does not itself authorise unrelated marketing.

5. Retention

Browser-held demo changes remain subject to your browser's site-data controls. You can remove them by clearing data for the preview site.

Retention periods for enquiry correspondence and any future production records must be documented before launch. This draft does not promise a particular retention period.

6. Sharing and service providers

Email and website hosting involve service providers. The final policy must identify the relevant provider categories and any production subprocessors.

Do not use the public demo to share live club information with colleagues or third parties. It is an illustrative browser-based workspace.

7. Security and sensitive information

Production authentication and private document storage are not connected in the preview. Use fictional records only.

Security commitments, access controls and incident processes for a production service must be reviewed and described before live information is accepted. No certification or security audit is claimed by this draft.

8. Privacy requests

Contact [email protected] to ask about information you have shared with the team or to withdraw an update request. Include enough context to help identify the correspondence concerned.

The final policy must explain the rights and complaint routes applicable to the operating entity and the people whose information is processed.

9. Cookies and browser storage

The sample workspace uses browser storage for demonstration changes and interface preferences. This storage is separate from a production club database.

Additional cookies, tracking technologies or analytics should be assessed and disclosed before being added. Browser settings allow you to inspect and clear local site data.

10. International processing

The final policy must identify where relevant service providers process information and describe any safeguards required for international transfers.

No particular hosting region or transfer safeguard is asserted for a future production deployment in this draft.

11. Policy updates

This page will be updated when the product's legal and operational arrangements are confirmed. The displayed date identifies the current draft.

For privacy questions in the meantime, contact [email protected].
